‘Topsail’ is our beautiful first floor apartment enjoying spectacular views from the balcony over Falmouth Marina and across the water to the old fishing village of Flushing and the surrounding open countryside.

The open plan living area has vaulted ceilings allowing the full height glazed wall to flood the room with light, with french doors offering access to the balcony seating area. A large ‘smart’ TV and Amazon Echo Dot are provided for your entertainment. There is a good sized dining area and a lavishly equipped open plan kitchen with a large central island incorporating a breakfast bar.

The larger bedroom which has an ‘en suite’ shower room, is set up as a Super-King Double. The second bedroom has the use of the main bathroom and is set up as a Twin (or Super-King Double on request).

There are popular dining and drinking choices just a short stroll away. A further delightful riverside walk, 10 minutes or so, will bring you to Falmouth’s Old High Street and beyond, with its’ abundance of eateries and independent shopping.

There is a reserved, covered parking bay for a smaller car and further unrestricted on-road parking along North Parade.

Perfect for a family group or couples, we regret ‘Topsail’ is not suitable for a dog (or other pets). Smoking is not permitted on the property, or within the surrounding outside areas.

‘Topsail’ is available for 7 night stays arriving on a Friday. Short breaks may be available, on request, during the quieter season from late October.
